About Me

 I am a  Pittsburgh artist, born and raised in Squirrel Hill and residing in Point Breeze.  I received my BFA from Carnegie Mellon University and my MFA from Pratt Institute in New York.   I was a professor of painting, drawing and design for 40 years, and served on the faculty at University of Wisconsin Steven's Point, Carnegie Mellon University and The University of Pittsburgh. 

 

I now paint full time in my studio/gallery located in Point Breeze, and enjoy daily walks in Frick Park.
